Recent operations projects have included reviews of operational performance in wineries and metals manufacture, development and implementation of SOP’s in a range of operations, manufacturing management software audits, geospatial software review, performance improvement planning and implementation, business planning and forecasting, reviews of major infrastructure implementation performance ($500m), implementation of government programs, risk and opportunity reviews.
