Good projects don’t happen by luck.

project implementation

Our teams projects experience include building packaging lines, large wineries, breweries, mining infrastructure, water projects, IT implementation and software development. Project sizes range up to circa $100m, with implementation periods of up to 2+ years. Clients have included government, multi-national corporations, private and publicly listed companies in Australia, China, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.

We work at all project stages, from initial stakeholder engagement through to handover and closure

Procurement is often a difficult process, particularly where clients are deliberately trying to implement a new technological approach, undertake highly partnered projects or where there is a high stakeholder engagement requirement. We are able to address stakeholder engagement, development of business models and business or project planning and implementation of modern digital approaches adn the types of implementation models that they make possible.

Program and project Governance

We have extensive experience in developing effective program governance programs, having developed implemented new governance models for government policy implementation, reviewed governance for infrastructure programs of over $500m in value. Our environment includes private, government, industry clusters and public-private partnerships.

Our directors have extensive governance experience through governance of major infrastructure programs, multinational corporations, not-for-profits, private companies and sporting organisations.

risk/opportunity management

We take a formal approach to risk/opportunity assessment and management, using simple risk tools for smaller projects, all the way to ISO compliant Risk and Opportunity Management processes. We have a particular focus on managing change in major projects.
