We have also worked with hundreds of individuals to increase their presentation confidence and investor pitching.

Our work in incubation and acceleration includes: Pitch coaching and presentation preparation, Growth mentoring, Advisory boards, Accelerator development, and Mentoring for the FOMENT, Innovyz, Musitec, ConduitAccel, Bridge to MassChallenge and VentureDorm incubators and accelerators.

We work with Australian universities on the development of innovative courses. Recent program development and delivery have included: Wine Retail, Entrepreneurialism, International Markets, Nothing Matters Without a Sale, Enterprise Consulting and An Alternative Approach to Business Planning.

Growing Wine Exports

Wine Australia engaged us to lead the design, develop and delivery of the unique Growing Wine Exports program. This program is ongoing and has included the development of a range of new, highly practical tools and hands-on workshops and eLearning to help business either begin an export journey or improve their export skills.

Feedback on this program has been incredible with an amazing Net Promoter Score of over 80.

Growing wine tourism

We were part of the team led by ATEC that developed the unique Growing Wine Tourism program. This new program focusses on improving the readiness of wineries for inbound (international) tourism. With Wine Tourism Australia, we designed, developed and are delivering the wine-focussed and wine integrated elements of this program. We have developed a series of new tools to help wine tourism businesses budget, design, plan tourism experiences and integrate wine tourism into wine sales.
